Our travel teams can research and identify the best travel for you including flight booking and upgrades. We also meet you at airports, arrange special facilities where required and accompany you during your stay.
Do the Package costs include Travel Costs?
When we quote package costs to you for a specific type of procedure or treatment, the costs DOES NOT include travel costs. This is simply because we do not know where you are travelling from and so flight costs will vary from country to country.
When we make a personal quote for you, we estimate flight prices for a given period which should be pretty accurate.
We do not always buy our customers the cheapest flights on the market since we prize flexibility for you. If you want to fly earlier or later, we can always arrange for the tickets to be rescheduled to suit you.
Do we Arrange Travel for our customers?
Yes, we have a flight booking team who have rates with major airlines flying to India and Asia and who can evaluate different schedules on your behalf. Once we have the go-ahead, we can book flights on your behalf and arrange for tickets to be delivered to you.
